- I will report any suspected or actual corruption or other unethical behavior involving Mshandukani Holdings (pty) LTD to the appropriate person or authority within the company, as well as to any external authorities as required by law.
- I will cooperate fully with any internal or external investigations into suspected or actual corruption or other unethical behavior involving Mshandukani Holdings (pty) LTD.
- I will comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations, including but not limited to the South African Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States.
By signing this declaration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and will comply with the above commitments, and that I understand that any violation of these commitments may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship, and may also result in civil or criminal liability.
